How much does shipping cost?
Domestic: Shipping starts from $0 for all orders over $60.00 (after discounts) Australia wide.
Orders under $60 are priced from $9.95.
Express shipping is $12.95 for orders under $60, $7.95 for orders between $60 and $150 and free for all orders over $150.
International: International buyers have the option of obtaining a shipping quote directly in their cart page. Please contact us to get more help if you're having trouble ordering to your country. You can also check out our Shipping Explained page for more details.
How long does shipping take?
Our warehouse will ship all orders within 24 business hours. Please allow an extra day if ordering during a sale period.
DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATOR: To get an estimate of the shipping time to your address, please visit below portal and enter "From" postcode as "2000": Australia Post: Calculate Delivery Times.
DOMESTIC: Standard Shipping is dispatched within 1 business day and will arrive to you usually within 1 to 6 days from dispatch. Parcel delivery times largely vary on your location within the Australia Post network.
EXPRESS Shipping is dispatched within 1 business day and will usually arrive 1 to 3 days from being dispatched.
FREE Shipping is sent using our Standard Shipping service and will follow the same time estimates.
INTERNATIONAL: International shipping ETA will depend on the service selected at checkout. Please also note that your country customs may hold the package for additional processing and these times are out of our control.
What is Safe Drop?
Safe Drop is when an Australia Post delivery person finds a suitable place at the delivery address where they can safely leave your parcel if it doesn’t fit in your mailbox or if you’re not home to receive it. Australia Post will automatically Safe Drop parcels that don’t need a signature on delivery, as long as their delivery person feels it’s a suitable option.
If I order today, when will you ship my products?
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours and tracking emailed to you. If ordering during a sitewide sale period, please allow an extra day for order dispatch.
I qualified for free shipping. Why am I still being charged for it?
FREE Shipping applies on an order value of $60 or higher (after discounts are applied). If you're using a discount code, which brings your order value to below $60, you will be prompted to pay for shipping.
For Example: If your order value is $65, you qualify for FREE shipping. If you then enter a 15% discount code, which reduces your order value to $55.25, you will be charged for shipping as your order has now dropped to below $60.
Do your shipments come with tracking?
Yes. All of our local and international shipment come with tracking included. Tracking details are emailed to you when your orders are dispatched. Please ensure that your correct email is entered during checkout.
I haven't received my item. What do I do now?
Domestic: You will receive tracking details from us as soon as your order has been packed and shipped. You'll be able to use that shipping reference to track your parcel through the courier portal. In the very unlikely event that you suspect your parcel to be lost, please get in contact with us. We can assist you and follow up with the courier directly on your behalf. Please ensure you read the shipping ETA for your selected service and contact us if you suspect your shipment is lost.
International Shipments: With Tracking: If you have selected an option that comes with tracking, we will be able to follow up on your order for you. Please contact us as soon as you can if you suspect that your item is lost. Without Tracking: If your shipment does not come with tracking (Economy Air and below), we will unfortunately not be able to provide any assistance.

Afterpay doesn't work and keeps returning me back to checkout. What do I do?
Some of our customers experience issues using Afterpay from time to time. Unfortunately though, it is a problem with some browsers and how they connect to the Afterpay portal. Below are some of the things Afterpay suggest you can try: - If using your mobile number as a primary contact on your order, try using your email instead. - Try completing the purchase from another phone/tablet. - Try completing your purchase from a desktop/laptop. - If using the Safari browser, try another one instead; Chrome, Internet Explorer etc.
Where do I enter my discount code?
Discounts are entered in cart or during the Secure Checkout process.
Can I enter more than one discount code?
Unfortunately no. Only one discount code can be entered per order.
My discount code is not working. What do I do?
Please verify that your discount code is still valid by referring to the expiry date. Some codes may not work during a sitewide sale event as prices are reduced already. We have also heard of some customers having issues with code validation in cart. If are having these problems, you can try entering your code at the final payment screen instead. If you're still encountering a problem, please contact our customer support team.
Can I use a gift card and a discount code?
Yes, you can use your gift card and a discount code separately.
Can I use multiple gift cards at once?
Yes, you can use multiple gift cards on the same order.
Where do I enter my gift card?
Gift cards are entered at the final payment screen.
How do I check my gift card balance?
To check your balance, please email email@example.com and request your gift card balance. Unfortunately, there is no way to check your balance online at this stage.
Are your products genuine?
Yes. All of our products are sourced from the manufacturers directly. When buying from our store, you can be certain that all products are 100% authentic. We are official stockists of all the brands we carry in our store. Being an official stockist means you will never be charged more than the RRP on any of our products.
Can you notify me when a product is back in stock?
Yes! Please enter your email at the product page in the "notify me" box. We will send you an email as soon as that product is back in stock.
I don't see my gift with purchase. What do I do?
Please go to the cart page and a popup will appear with your available gift(s). Also, please ensure you pick your gift(s) prior to checkout to avoid disappointment. If you complete your purchase and haven't selected your free gift(s), please email us as soon as you can and let us know which gift(s) you would like to add.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, we do accept returns. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for additional details.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change or cancel orders once they have been placed. If you would like to return an item that you have ordered, please refer to our return policy.
