Bella Scoop accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened, unused, sealed and in original condition. Returns must be requested first so we can issue an RMA number and provide instructions. Items must be securely packed and sent with tracked postage.

Product images: Colours may vary slightly due to studio lighting and display settings.

Gifts and promotional products: If a purchase included a bundled gift or bonus, all items must be returned in original, sealed condition. If any part is missing or opened, the value of that item will be deducted from the store credit.

Hygiene: For safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns for opened or used products.

Bella Scoop accepts change of mind returns within 30 days of purchase for products that are unopened, unused, sealed and in original condition. Change of mind returns are issued as store credit once the item has been inspected and approved. Original shipping is not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit once the return is inspected and approved (Standard $9.95, Express $12.95). This does not apply to items returned due to a fault or not as described, which are handled under Australian Consumer Law.

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Store credit is issued within 3 business days of inspection.

For non-members, a processing fee of $7.95 applies to each approved change of mind return. Bella Club members receive one processing fee waiver per calendar year. This waiver does not cover return postage.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept change of mind returns for opened or used items. Clearance, Outlet lines and gift cards are not eligible. If a purchase included a bundled gift or bonus, all items must be returned sealed and in original condition or the value of any missing or opened item will be deducted from the store credit.

To start a return, contact us to request an RMA number before sending anything back. Please use a tracked service and pack the item securely to prevent damage in transit. Returns that arrive without an RMA number may be delayed in processing.

Change-of-mind returns are subject to fair and reasonable use, as outlined in our Terms of Service. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to this policy. If a product is faulty, not as described or unsafe, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund as required by the ACL. In those cases we will cover reasonable return postage. Please contact us as soon as possible with clear photos of the product and its packaging, and keep both until we confirm next steps.

Our warehouse processes orders quickly. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after checkout. If your request reaches us before pick and pack begins we will cancel and refund. Once a label is created or the parcel has been lodged with the carrier, cancellation is not possible.

Click and Collect orders that are not collected within 7 days may be cancelled. A cancellation fee of 10% of the order value or $10 applies, whichever is higher.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may choose either a refund or to have the parcel sent again. For a refund, we will deduct the original shipping charge, any return fee billed to us by the carrier, and a $7.95 processing fee. If you choose reshipment, you will need to pay the new shipping charge and any return fee billed to us by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe the item is faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide photos of the product, the inner packaging and the outer satchel or box so we can assess and resolve the issue. Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we advise you. If a return is required, we will supply a prepaid label and manage the process under the ACL.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please notify us within 30 days of the recorded delivery date. Reports made after this period may be unable to be investigated because carrier records, delivery scans and supporting information may no longer be available.

We do not accept change of mind returns for international orders. Australian Consumer Law protections apply to orders delivered within Australia.
