Returns are accepted if initiated within 30 days of the invoice date. Note that product images are provided by the manufacturer and are intended as a guide only.

Product images: Due to professional studio lighting and display settings, slight variations in colour may exist.

Gifts & promotional products: Items, including gifts or bonuses received with purchase, must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. If a gift, bonus, or any part of a bundle cannot be returned or is not in saleable condition, the value of any issued refund will be reduced accordingly.

If you’ve purchased an item and have changed your mind, you may return it within 30 days. A $10 restocking fee may apply, and the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. This policy applies only if the items are in a condition that they can be resold: unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Consumable products such as skincare, makeup, and personal care items must have their factory seal intact to be eligible for return.

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We require photographic evidence of the damage, including the item and its packaging, to proceed with a claim.

Please do not dispose of the item until we have fully addressed your case. Once a return case is opened, and if a return is necessary, a return label will be provided to you. The faulty item must be lodged with Australia Post within 14 days of receiving the return label.

If an item is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you, a refund will be processed, deducting any applicable shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we are unable to resend orders due to system limitations. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please verify your shipping details are accurate at the time of order.

International returns are not accepted, and refunds are not available for international purchases. Bella Scoop will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or levies imposed by your country’s customs office. It is the customer’s responsibility to make inquiries with the local importation body to ensure they are fully aware of all importation fees, taxes, and requirements that might apply.
