We can accept returns if contacted within 30 days of an invoice being issued. Please refer to below sections for specifics about the type of return that applies to you.
Please note that our product photos are supplied by the manufacturer and are to be used as a guide only. Whilst the actual product photo will be of the product itself, slight variations in colour may exist between the photo swatch and the actual product colour. Product photos are typically taken in professional studios and colours may not be 100% accurate.
Gift or bonus with purchase offers and bundled items:
Where products are purchased with a gift or bonus offer, the gift or bonus must also be returned (unless otherwise stated). If you are unable to return the gift or bonus or it is not in saleable condition, the value of any issued refund will be reduced by the value of the gift or bonus.
In the instance of bundle offers, all items within the bundle must also be returned or the value of the unreturned items will be deducted from any issued refunds.
Change of mind returns:
If you’ve bought an item and have changed your mind after buying it, we can arrange a refund. Change of mind returns will incur a $10 restocking fee and return shipping will need to be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
Please contact us if you have had a change of mind or heart and we will provide you with the return instructions specific to your situation and product.
Any consumable product put on the outside of your body (skin care, make up, personal care items etc) that you wish to return must have a factory seal and for that seal to still be intact when it arrives back to our warehouse. Please note, a large number of products we sell don’t have factory seals and these are not eligible for a change of mind return.
Once we receive your item, we will process a full refund if:
- Item is unused and unopened
- Item is in original packaging with no damage
- Item is in a saleable condition
No refund, exchange or returns apply to special offers, clearance offers or sale items.
Faulty or damaged items:
If one of our products arrive damaged or faulty, please email us within 7 days. Depending on your particular situation, we may require some more information or the product(s) returned back to us.
Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) including the packaging and DO NOT dispose of those items until we have spoken to you about your case.
Incorrect or incomplete shipping details:
If your item is returned to us due to an incorrectly provided address by you, we can arrange to send out your shipment again. Please note that you will be liable for a $10 return fee as well as a reshipping fee.
If you believe you've had an allergic reaction, please discontinue using the product and contact us at email@example.com. You will need to provide a photo of the reaction and the product must not be more than 10% used. Our Customer Service team will then guide you through the returns process, if applicable. Allergy returns will incur a $10 processing fee and return shipping will need to be arranged and paid for by the buyer.
Please note that we do not accept international returns nor do we offer refunds for international purchases. Furthermore, Bella Scoop will not be responsible for any additional duties, taxes or levies imposed by your country’s customs office.
Please make enquiries with your local Importations body and ensure that you are completely familiar with any and all importation fees/taxes and requirements.
