Collect your online orders directly from our Sydney warehouse located in Castle Hill. You can find us at:

Pickup Times:
Monday - Friday: 10:00 - 16:00*
*Pickup outside of these hours can be arranged upon request if required.
How does it work?
STEP 1: Shop Online
Browse our online catalogue to find your beauty essentials. Ensure each item is marked with "Pickup available" before adding it to your cart. Select the desired quantity, then add to your cart.
STEP 2: Select Pickup at Checkout
Proceed to your cart and review your selections to ensure they are correct and ready for checkout. Click 'Checkout' and select 'Pickup' as your delivery option. Confirm your details and complete the payment process to finalise your order.
STEP 3: Wait for Confirmation and Collect Your Order
Wait for an email confirmation indicating that your items are ready for pickup. You can collect your order between 10am and 4pm at our specified location.
You'll need to bring one of the following for verification:
- The QR code from the order ready email.
- Order confirmation email
- Order ready SMS; Or
- A photo ID
