1. Cleanse your face thoroughly and apply toner.
2. Unfold the mask and place it evenly over your face, aligning with eye and mouth areas.
3. Leave the mask on for 10-20 minutes.
4. Remove the mask and gently pat any remaining essence into the skin for maximum absorption.
