Dispatch and delivery
We process and dispatch orders within one business day. You will receive tracking details once your order is dispatched.
For Australian deliveries, allow an estimated 2–8 business days for Standard or 1–4 business days for Express after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by location and carrier conditions.

All Australian rates and thresholds below are in AUD and use your order total after discounts.
Orders under $60
- Standard Safe Drop: $9.95
- Standard with signature: $12.90
- Express Safe Drop: $12.95
- Express with signature: $15.90
Orders from $60 to $98.99
- Standard Safe Drop: free
- Standard with signature: $2.95
- Express Safe Drop: $7.95
- Express with signature: $10.90
Orders of $99 or more
- Express Safe Drop: free
- Express with signature: $2.95
- Standard with signature: $2.95, if preferred
Safe Drop and signature options
Australian parcels are sent through Australia Post. Safe Drop allows the delivery person to leave a parcel in a location they consider secure when you are unavailable and it cannot be placed in your mailbox. If you prefer to sign for your parcel, select a signature option at checkout.
New Zealand
- Standard Tracked: NZD $14.95
- Express Tracked: NZD $24.95
New Zealand rates are set in New Zealand dollars. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
Other international destinations
We ship to most countries. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see available tracked services and their calculated prices. Additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may apply and are the customer's responsibility; please check with your local import authority.
