Glow forever in Ofra highlighters created with powerful pearl pigments that are pressed from liquid-to-baked.
What does this mean for your glow goals? The luminosity from the pearls in the formula provide an unparalleled shine and pigment payoff that melts into the skin without looking cakey or powdery.
Use a fan brush to create a more subtle lit from within glow, or spotlight those cheeks with a smaller brush to really shine.
Directions:
Apply to the high points of the face to give the appearance of more lifted features and a glowing, radiant complexion.
